Honest Paw Collective works with US-based partner makers who ship directly to you. This means no warehousing, no middlemen, and faster delivery than typical international dropshipping.

PROCESSING TIME

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

- $8.00 flat rate
- Free shipping on orders over $75
- Delivery: 4–7 business days
- All products available

EUROPEAN UNION
- $24.99 flat rate
- Delivery: 8–14 business days
- Limited product availability (some products are US-only — see individual product pages)

SWITZERLAND
- $24.99 flat rate
- Delivery: 8–14 business days
- Limited product availability

UNITED KINGDOM
- $24.99 flat rate
- Delivery: 8–14 business days
- Limited product availability

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS — DUTIES & TAXES

Customers outside the US: import duties and taxes may apply at the time of delivery, depending on your country's regulations. These are calculated at checkout when possible. Honest Paw is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY BY REGION

Because we work with small partner makers, not all products ship internationally. The products available to you will be visible at checkout based on your shipping address.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package's journey to your door.

DELAYS

We do our best to meet stated delivery windows, but occasionally shipping is delayed by weather, customs, or carrier issues outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation (US) or 21 business days (international), please reach out — we'll investigate immediately.
